This includes all the server space and bandwidth that domain might need on a professional dedicated server for improved load time and reliability.

We also provide simple text and image changes monthly, usually having to do with changes that require graphics software, or coding, adding plugins etc. that the client is unable or uninterested in handling.  Many times, this has to do with swapping out an offer, creating a new banner or other graphics related change.

We do personalized video training and tutorials on the Content Management System (WordPress) so you feel comfortable editing those sections of the site that you are responsible for things like blogging, calendars, commerce etc.  Anything that you desire to edit more frequently than monthly, we train you so you can take care of this on your own. 

We are building in 20-30 minutes of support time into the cost of hosting, so you have someone to call when there is a question or concern.  While this does not amount to a full-time webmaster, with traditional hosting elsewhere there is no support on the site itself and you’re left fumbling through forums and google searches to find out how to do things or paying hourly to another designer to make simple changes.
